All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. The price is only guaranteed when paid in full. Please note that prices quoted are subject to change. Price changes may occur by reason of matters outside TRIP HERMES’s control which increase the cost of the product or service. Such factors include adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes and airfare increases. Please contact your consultant for up-to-date prices.

REFUNDS, CHANGES AND CANCELLATION FEES ㅣ환불, 변경 및 취소수수료
Trip Hermes is unable to provide a refund to you until Trip Hermes receives the funds from the relevant supplier. Cancelled bookings will incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Fees and extra charges will apply where a booking is changed. Fees and extra charges will also apply when tickets or documents are re-issued. Where Trip Hermes incurs any liability for a cancellation fee or charge for any booking which you cancel, you agree to indemnify Trip Hermes for the amount of that fee or charge.
Please note that all day tour programs and discounted tickets are non-refundable once payment has been made and your bookings may be forfeited for no show.

Please note that EFT takes up to 2 business days to process. If you are paying by this method you will need to make the payment at least 2 business days prior to the actual due date. You must notify your consultant of your payment once it has been made.

TRIP HERMES sells various travel related product on behalf of numerous transport, accommodation and other service providers, such as airlines, rail and cruise line operators. TRIP HERMES’s obligation is to make travel bookings on your behalf and to arrange relevant contracts bet en you and travel service providers. TRIP HERMES has no responsibility for these services nor does TRIP HERMES make or give any warranty or representation regarding their standard. All bookings are made on your behalf subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by these service providers. Your legal recourse is against the specific provider and not TRIP HERMES. If for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted your remedy lies against the provider and not with TRIP HERMES.

TRIP HERMES does not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom TRIP HERMES has no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. TRIP HERMES does not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event which is beyond the control of TRIP HERMES and which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on its part.

Please liaise with your consultant regarding any special requirements you may have for your travel arrangements such as special meal, seating, excess baggage and STPC (Stopover Paid by Carrier) requests. It is your responsibility to reconfirm these requests with your consultant before departure. TRIP HERMES cannot guarantee and it is up to the supplier to decide and/or confirm such requests.

PASSPORTS AND VISASㅣ여권과 비자
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility.
All travelers must have a valid passport for international travel and many countries require at least 6 months validity from the date of return and some countries require a machine-readable passport. TRIP HERMES does not warrant the accuracy of visa information and accept no liability for any loss or damage which you may suffer.

Travel documents include (without limitation) airline tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers or any other document (whether in electronic form or otherwise) used to confirm an arrangement with a service provider.
Travel documents may be subject to certain conditions and/or restrictions including (without limitation) being non-refundable, non-date-changeable and subject to cancellation and/or amendment fees. Travel documents cannot be transferred to another person to use. An incorrect name on a booking may result in an inability to use that booking and the booking being cancelled.
Any errors in names, dates and timings on your documentation will be your responsibility if not advised at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to collect all travel documents from TRIP HERMES prior to travel.

MONIES NOT HELD ON TRUSTㅣ신탁금
All monies paid by you to TRIP HERMES will be the property of TRIP HERMES and will be a debt due and payable to the travel service provider once the services to which the money relates have been provided. You agree and acknowledge that such monies will not be held by TRIP HERMES on trust for and on behalf of you and TRIP HERMES may hold such monies in any account as we see fit, including with its own and/or other customer monies.

BUSES (vehicles)ㅣ버스 (차량)
All passengers are required to wear seat belts in seat belt equipped vehicles. No food, drinks, illicit drugs or alcohol is to be consumed and smoking on all buses or vehicles. TRIP HERMES reserves the right to eject any passengers behaving in an inappropriate, offensive, intoxicated or destructive manner from the vehicle or stop the vehicle until the situation is resolved. This may include requesting Police to attend.
Passengers and clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle as a direct result of your booking. Examples include vandalism, excessive vehicle cleaning due to food or beverage spillage and breakage of interior or exterior fittings.
TRIP HERMES is not responsible for any damage or soiling of luggage and does not guarantee the security of any lost property. TRIP HERMES reserves the right to dispose of or destroy any lost property.
In the case of breakdown and other unforeseen circumstances, TRIP HERMES reserves the right to substitute vehicles other than specified, to ensure the operation of a tour and are not liable for any inconvenience caused.

GENERAL CONDITIONSㅣ일반조건
All services can be changed due to delays or other causes of whatever kind or nature beyond the control of TRIP HERMES. TRIP HERMES shall not be liable or responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damage, injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity of any kind, which may be occasioned by reason of any act or omission of any third party. Occasionally, it may be necessary to alter or amend itineraries, accommodation and sightseeing arrangements from those published. This may be due to road, weather and other operational needs prevailing at the time, and is always made in the best interests of your comfort. Any personal expenses incurred by a client as a result of any delay, alteration or curtailment of any tour, whether caused by mechanical defect, strikes or any other cause are the responsibility of the client (TRIP HERMES strongly recommends all clients take out Travel Insurance; see under Travel Insurance). The operator is unable to guarantee exact arrival and departure times, and is not liable for any failure to make connections with any other service, or guarantee the operation of any particular service.
Please note that if you arrange for payment through an unaccredited agent, the unaccredited agent is not agent of TRIP HERMES for the purpose of receipt of monies. Receipt of deposits and subsequent payments by the travel agent does not constitute receipt of those monies by TRIP HERMES, and the travel agent has no authority, expressed or implied, to receive monies on behalf of TRIP HERMES. There is no liability on part of TRIP HERMES, in respect of any monies paid to your travel agent. By visiting Trip Hermes, you agree that the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Trip Hermes or its associates.

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit or to products you purchase through Trip Hermes shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in New South Wales, Australia, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Trip Hermes’s intellectual property rights, Trip Hermes may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of New South Wales, Australia, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
